What was your first Cosplay Experience?
It was in Lucca Comics, Italy’s biggest convention, in 2008. Stray’s mother helped us get together Deidara and Sasori from Naruto… we don’t want to see any more pictures of that! We had halloween-quality wigs, wore no make-up etc. But we did have a lot of fun, that’s why we stuck around

How long have you been Cosplaying?
It’ll be seven years this November. Oh god time really does fly!

Who or What inspired you to take up Cosplaying?
We read about cosplay on an online forum, everybody seemed so enthusiastic so we decided to give it a try.

If you had to pick a favorite Cosplay you have worn or have seen someone else wear, what would it be?
On us, that would be Hawke and Aveline from Dragon Age II, they took such a long time to create in fact our crafting room looks so empty without DA progress! On someone else, we both agreed on the guy from The Keeper Thief cosplay as Alistair. Too cute. Also, that armor shines like some celestial being

If you had unlimited funds and resources, what Cosplay would you create?
A ton of Sakizo’s artwork and way too many characters from the Dragon Age saga! We are so into DA lately we can’t think of anything else, this is getting out of hand.

What advice would you offer others who are aspiring Cosplayers?
Don’t let mean comments bring you down, and always do what you love best.
