James Bobin’s Dora The Explorer seems to be taking another unexpected cool direction as they’ve now set Spanish cinematographer Javier Aguirresarobe to shoot the film.
Javier’s credits inlcudes Thor: Ragnarok, The Road, A Better Life, The Others, Fright Night, Warm Bodies and The Finest Hours.
We previously revealed that filming will take place between August-November expected at Village Roadshow Studios in Gold Coast, Australia.
The cast consists of Sicario 2’s Isabela Moner, Eugenio Derbez, Micke Moreno, and Adriana Barraza.
Dora is from a family of advenuteers and her biggest challenge yet will be adjusting to a normal life as a teenager navigating the jungles of high school.
Parmount has set the film’s release date on August 2nd, 2019.
