It looks like both Rian Johnson and Daniel Craig will be making a smaller film before their Star Wars/Bond adventures. Deadline reports that Rian will write-direct Knives Out a modern murder mystery which will star Craig with production said to begin this November.
We’ve recently learned that the filming on Knives Out will take place in Boston and the United Kingdom but had been holding off on confirmation on the project.
This would suggest that Daniel’s Bond 25 will indeed not make it’s December 3rd production start.
Also, that fan speculation that Rian Johnson’s Star Wars movie would be the one to drop in 2020 has now been debunked.
A release date has yet to be announced.
