Since the hotel incident, nothing has been the same for Lottie or the Haters Brunch group. Caroline is still a polarizing and mystical figure that divides them. Andy and Sunny have become BFFs. Everything gets cured when your outfit is on point and you can post to the gram.

O’Malley and Hung come back from their hiatus to keep the story of Lottie and her all her misadventure alive. We see that a lot of the repercussion from the disaster Thankstravaganza at the Desert Rose. The Haters are divided on Caroline, and Lottie is venturing into new territory with Esther on a secret project. The issue ends with its signature cliffhanger and this one is unique as its not somebody dead for once.

Coming back from that hiatus this issue works very well. The art is at its normal high standard and the writing is dead on. One thing that O’Malley and Hung do well is not to look ahead. They have allowed the characters to build and dwell on past events. This is especially evident with Sunny, Ashley and Lottie interaction in this issue.

There really isn’t any major problems with the issue. O’Malley and Hung have done a good job with the story and art that you can’t find major flaws. There are some minor criticism but beyond that, it was a solid issue.
