Omega Underground has a small update concerning the spring production start on Fast and Furious 9.
We’ve now learned that there is an expectation that filming on the ninth film will return to London, England.
Production is said to begin on April 20th and as with all installments will have multiple locales (Atlanta still expected to be one of them). London was a previous locale for Fast and Furious 6 and is the current filming location for spin-off Hobbs and Shaw.
Could Hobbs and Shaw become a lead in for Furious 9, connecting the two movies?
Universal has set Furious 9’s release date for April 10th, 2019.
