EXCLUSIVE: ‘Titans’ Season Two Filming Pushed Back Two Weeks

Feb 22, 2019

While originally scheduled to begin on March 20th, The GWW has learned that production on the second season of DC Universe’s ‘Titans’ has been pushed back two weeks to April 2nd. Casting is currently underway for a multitude of characters, including the villain Deathstroke. The show will also be returning to Toronto for filming.

I haven’t been able to get official confirmation, but it seems ‘Stargirl’ production may have been pushed back as well. It was originally scheduled to begin on February 4th, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. The majority of the cast members haven’t been in Atlanta and I haven’t been able to find any local production listings either. This could be due to the fact that the final four roles weren’t officially filled until today, or it could be because of the two episode extension that ‘Doom Patrol’ has received. Now that ‘Titans’ has been pushed back as well, I wouldn’t be surprised to see release dates pushed too. ‘Swamp Thing’ is currently filming episode six.

‘Titans’ hails from Greg Walker, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti, and Sarah Schechter. The show stars Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, and Ryan Potter. Season two does not yet have a premiere date.
