Last month, Razer announced a new product, the Razer Ripsaw. This marks the third device targeted at streamers, with the Stargazer Webcam and Seiren Microphone being the the first two products built and launched with Streamers in mind.
This capture device runs over USB 3.0, can capture game play in up to 1080p 60fps, and has two audio inputs, which allows for a level of audio layering and customization that exceeds the norm. Built with OBS and XSplit in mind, it would appear that Razer has thought through this device pretty well.
The device is being sold for $179 USD, which is comparable to the Elgato Game Capture HD60. You can see the full details of the new Razer Ripsaw at http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-broadcaster/razer-ripsaw
Let me know what you think about Razer making such a solid push into Streaming and whether or not this is something you would pick up.
