Principal photography wrapped on the highly anticipated next outing for the Marvel wall crawler months ago and fans are clamoring for any news about the movie. While plenty of behind the scenes photos have appeared online, there has been very little given to the press from the production itself. The high level of secrecy involved in the Jon Watts directed film has led fans and the press to speculate on when any official information from the production or studio will come out.
Comicbook.com and Moviepilot are reporting that sources close to the production are saying that the first trailer for the film, due out in July 2017 will be attached to the December release of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Starting buzz for the film this early makes sense in order to start and maintain momentum for the audience going into next year and Disney (who owns both properties) has a built in audience. Spider-Man: Homecoming stars Tom Holland, Marisa Tomei, Zendaya and Michael Keaton.
