Yacht Club games has announced via Twitter that the newest free DLC for their hit Shovel Knight will hit the 3DS and WiiU on April 25th and 21st respectively. Shovel Knight: Spectre of Torment will feature new content that includes a brand new campaign with fresh characters and challenges.
Shovel Knight is a 2-D side-scrolling platform game released by Yacht Club games in 2014. Tight controls, innovative designs, and a touch of nostalgia have made Shovel Knight a hit among fans and critics alike. In 2015, the Shovel Knight: Plague of Shadows free DLC was released and met with rave reviews.
Be sure to get your copy of Shovel Knight, available on all platforms, before the new DLC comes out.
