Blizzard World has opened to the public and the new map is playable NOW on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The map looks huge and is an in-game version of a theme park. I can’t wait to see what Easter Eggs are hidden in this map.
In addition to the new map, Blizzard is expanding their core cosmetics collection to include over 100 new items—including skins, sprays, player icons, emotes, and more—for all 26 heroes. Starting today, you’ll be able to earn these cosmetics in standard Loot Boxes as well as unlock them via the Hero Gallery all year round.
Black Cat D.Va looks great! I’m getting an Ann Takamaki or Harley Quinn vibe from her. Oh man, could we get a Persona 5 x Overwatch crossover? I know, I’ll just up now but check out some of the epic skins in the video below. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be spending the rest of my week grinding for Reaper and Mei skin… Oh my god, and that Zenyatta.
The following skins will be included in the update:
Legendary Skins:
- Blackhand Doomfist
- Black Cat D.Va
- Kabuki Hanzo
- Asp Pharah
- Capoeira Lúcio
- Ecopoint: Antarctica Mei
- Immortal Orisa
- Crusader Reinhardt
- Butcher Roadhog
- Magni Torbjörn
- Nova Widowmaker
- Barbarian Zarya
Epic Skins:
- Caution Junkrat
