Alex Ross has partnered with the Beatles’ organization, Apple Ltd, and is set to unveil the highly anticipated Beatles Yellow Submarine Portfolio Boxed Set on April 30th at The Beatles Shop at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
For those unfamiliar with his work, Ross is an amazing artists who has made quite a name for himself in the world of comic books, most notably Kingdom Come and Marvels. As a fan of comics, myself, I consider this man a Legend.
On April 30th, Ross will also be making a public appearance at the shop to sign pieces from the Yellow-Submarine collection.
“For as long as I can remember hearing music, I have loved the Beatles. Not only do I believe they are the greatest musical group of all time, but also one of the greatest things to have happened in human history. “Yellow Submarine” has also been one of my favorite films since I was six years old. The opportunity to work with the Beatles’ likenesses in the very inspired context of the “Yellow Submarine” film is an absolute dream come true. There is so much I love about these men, their legacy and this film.”
