The cast of Kenneth Branagh’s Death On The Nile has added a new cast member according to Deadline.
They report that Armie Hammer is set to play a leading role in the film which already has Gal Gadot set to play the film’s murder victim, a young and beautiful heiress.
On a luxurious cruise on the Nile River, a wealthy heiress, Linnet Ridgeway, is murdered. Fortunately, among the passengers are famed Belgian detective Hercule Poirot and his trusted companion, Colonel Race, who immediately begin their investigation. But just as Poirot identifies a motley collection of would-be murderers, several of the suspects also meet their demise, which only deepens the mystery of the killer’s identity.
Filming dates have yet to be locked-in but shooting is expected to mainly take place at Longcross Studios in Surrey, England.
20th Century Fox has already set the film’s release to go head-to-head with Star Wars: Episode IX on December 20th, 2019.
