Fans looking forward to Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir, the HD remake of PlayStation 2’s Odin Sphere, can now expect to see a new special edition of the game when it releases in 2016.
The Premium Edition, which is only available on the PS4, will feature a collector’s metal case for the game, the game itself in disc form, a 64-page hardcover art book, a “mystery” art print, and all of this comes in an extremely vibrant collector’s box.
This 2D action-JRPG follows 5 narratives that overlap and interconnect, even having one story’s protagonist being an antagonist in another. Each story helps bring light to a mystery as protagonists seek to uncover the truth behind a prophecy of apocalyptic proportions and how to stop it from happening.
Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir will make its way to PS4, PS3, and PS Vita in 2016. An exact date has not been divulged, but as soon as we hear something from ATLUS, we’ll let you know.
