Being a big Batman 66’ fan I have always wanted to meet Adam West. It is the show that had me at a young age falling in love with Superheroes. I don’t think that will ever happen again. Oh well life goes on. At Long Beach Comic Con I had the opportunity to meet Ralph Garman. In my opinion he is Mr. Batman 66’. Ralph and his good friend Kevin Smith co-wrote Batman 66’ meets The Green Hornet comic. It was a six issue story that was just great. He has a vast collection of memorabilia from the show, and also a great knowledge of it. When the time was set up for the interview I was ecstatic. In fact in the interview I was so nervous that I said Batman 78’ theme song when I meant 78’ Superman. I probably could have asked him questions and talked about the subject for hours.
