Yesterday, Omega Underground revealed that Marvel Studios was looking to begin filming an undisclosed Phase 4 movie next June in the United Kingdom.
We suggested that Black Widow (about to start casting roles) and an unannounced Doctor Strange 2 would be the most likely candidates.
Well, hours after our report UK tabloid The Mirror posted a rumor suggesting that Benedict Cumberbatch was getting a large pay-bump and Doctor Strange 2 would begin filming sometime in the spring of next year (June happens to take place in the spring).
Filming on Doctor Strange 2 is expected to begin next spring and could take as long as six months.
Take this Doctor Strange 2 news with a grain of salt, as this Mirror report conveniently popped-up on their site 4.5 hours after our own article without any mention our reporting.

While director Scott Derrickson and Marvel head Kevin Feige have pretty much confirmed a sequel is on the horizon, Marvel Studios has yet to make any of their 2020 releases official.
