BIG RUMOR: Elizabeth Debicki’s Role In ‘Guardians 2’ Connected To Warlock and ‘Infinity War’?

Mar 31, 2016

Elizabeth Debicki‘s character in Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2 has been sort of a mystery and there has been a lot speculation what exactly her role in the film could be.

A new rumor from Comic Book Movie suggests that they know who she’ll be playing the film, along with two other cast members. The most interesting of the three character rumors include the one for Elizabeth, as her character’s name might be Ayesha.

The name is connected to a cosmic character better known as Kismet or Paragon, basically she’s the female counterpart to Adam Warlock and created by the same cosmic scientists The Enclave. She also became one of the many women to take on the Captain Marvel mantle.

Although, we do know that Carol Danvers will be the Captain Marvel in the solo film we could see Ayesha possibly take the place of Mar-Vell in Carol’s origin story. There have been rumors from Heroic Hollywood that the original Captain Marvel could be apart of the film.

If she’s indeed playing Kismet, this could mean Elizabeth will have a role to play in Avengers: Infinity War.

This could also be further confirmation that Warlock might be in the film, there has been some speculation that Kurt Russell could have this role as well.

Until we get more sites backing up this claim treat this rumor for now and take with a grain of salt. Considering Marvel likely won’t reveal who most of these actors are playing until D23 in July, we expect more rumors to follow.
