It was recently revealed that writer-director Brian De Palma would be returning to a crime thriller with his next film Sweet Vengeance and has Narcos star Wagner Moura set to star.
Omega Underground has learned Brian will be reuniting with cinematographer Jose Luis Alcaine, who worked with De Palma on Passion.
We’ve also learned they’re eyeing a January production start in Montevideo, Uruguay.
De Palma is likely best known for his cultural landmarks Carrie, Scarface, The Untouchables, Carlito’s Way, Casualties of War and Mission: Impossible.
A release date has yet to be set for the film.
