Ant-Man and the Wasp are part of the larger MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe). Ant-Man got his start between the pages of Tales to Astonish in 1962 and has changed hands many times. The first Ant-Man movie starts with Scott Lang as the well-meaning, if not misguided, thief. His life is tanking when he discovers shrinking technology introduced by the original Ant-Man Hank Pym.

These are questions that I have after watching the latest trailer for Ant-Man 3. The scope of the movie seems as large or bigger than some of the biggest the MCU has to offer. The emotional beats hit hard. The family dynamic look solid. Johnathan Majors Kang seems like the prefect villain to spearhead the future of the MCU. The smallest hero in the MCU has one of the biggest movies releases of 2023.
