Variety has word that comedic actor, stand-up, and podcaster Marc Maron is now in talks to play a booking agent for Robert De Niro’s talk show host in Todd Phillips’ Joker movie.
The rest of the cast will include Joaquin Phoenix, Zazie Beetz, and Frances Conroy.
Filming as we revealed will begin this September in NYC.
Warner Bros. has set Joker’s release on October 4th, 2019.
