Doug Liman (Edge of Tomorrow, American Made) is looking to finally make his next with the young-adult novel adaptation Chaos Walking for Lionsgate.
We now have two production sources (one of them MyEntertainmentWorld) that have listed Chaos Walking as filming in Montreal, Quebec starting on August 7th and is expected to wrap on November 8th. There had been other locations previously linked for the film, but it remains to be seen if they’ll actually be heading to Scotland and Iceland as planned.
Omega Underground had been tweeting this info out before this confirmation going back to June.

A colony planet where almost all women have been killed by a virus and all living creatures can hear one another’s thoughts in a stream of images, words and sounds called Noise. The cacophony drives many mad until a young man (Holland) makes a silent discovery: There is a girl (Ridley) who may be the key to unlocking the New World’s many layered secrets.
The film will star Daisy Ridley, Tom Holland, and possibly Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal, Rogue One, Casino Royale) who is in talks to play the film’s villain via THR.
Chaos Walking will be released on March 1st, 2019.
