Today at GamesCon, Crytek and Microsoft have announced that HUNT: SHOWDOWN will be making its way to Xbox Game Preview for the first time.
The game was previously only available on Steam and was met with mostly positive reviews. The FPS game will be joining dozens of other titles available on as an Xbox Game Preview.
“Bringing Hunt: Showdown to Xbox Game Preview means getting the game in front of a whole new audience, and we can’t wait to hear the feedback that Xbox players bring to the game and the community. This is another important step in taking our development to the next level, and we’re glad we can share this announcement with you,” said Hunt Producer Fatih Özbayram.
Hunt: Showdown is a competitive first-person bounty hunting game that pits up to ten players against each other as they fight to gain bounty by taking out monsters. After a player has taken a bounty, the tables are turned and that player instantly becomes the target as the rest of the Bounty Hunters must hunt that player down.
Also, it’s important to note, death is permanent. There is no respawing here.
