DC Comics Live-Action ‘Titans’ Series Begins Production This September in Atlanta

The long-rumored Teen Titans TV series has been in devlopment hell for a number of years. For a while it was going to finally debut on TNT before being pulled by the company. Then two months ago Warner Brothers announced that they would be launching their own streaming service which will include Titans as well as Young Justice Season 3.

Now we at Omega Underground have learned that Titans will beginĀ  production September 25th in Atlanta, Georgia:

Writer Akiva Goldsman is helping write the series alongside DCTV producer Greg Berlanti. Berlanti has worked on Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and this fall’s Black Lightning. With production starting very soon expect some casting announcements later this summer. It’s unknown if this is et within the Arrow universe which has already introduced Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale) and Speedy (Colton Haynes).
