After a night of dispensing justice throughout the streets of Gotham, the next big mystery Batman will face will require Bruce Wayne to solve.

Alfred wakes Bruce up way earlier than he would have liked because there is urgent business that requires the billionaire playboy to be a part of. At a board meeting led by Lucius Fox, Bruce hears a proposal for a Wayne Enterprise clean energy program and decides to have all the business leaders flying to the same conference take his private jet.

At the same time, Deadshot receives a new contract to take out a high profile figure and his quarry happens to be on the same jet. With Deadshot on the loose, Bruce will find himself trying to help his fellow passengers when a lightning strike forces the plane on a collision course with a secluded island.

Tomasi crafts an interesting and well-paced story in this issue. It looks like the story will be more Bruce Wayne focused and that will be really interesting to see play out from a story perspective. Deadshot is a good choice of villain for this story and Tomasi has a real opportunity to craft an interesting and dynamic confrontation between the two characters.

Christian Duce delivers some dynamic and beautiful art in this issue. I look forward to seeing Duce push the art when the story really starts moving.
