EXCLUSIVE: WB’s ‘The Flash’ Currently Eyeing November 2019 Production Start

Mar 14, 2019

Progress on WB’s ‘The Flash’ is slowly starting to speed up.

The GWW is hearing that ‘The Flash’ solo movie is currently eyeing a November 2019 production start.

’Spider-Man: Homecoming’ scribes Johnathon Goldstein and John Francis Daley are writing and directing the pic. Ezra Miller is also still slated to play the titular character. The ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them’ franchise has reportedly caused delays in production before due to Miller’s commitments, but with ‘Fantastic Beasts 3’ postponed and DC’s latest solo film, ‘Aquaman’, making over a billion dollars at the box office, WB seems to be fast tracking the Scarlett Speedster’s solo film. Delays are still possible due to the unknown production schedule of ‘Fantastic Beasts 3’, but it’s unlikely it comes together before ‘The Flash’ does.

‘The Flash’ does not yet have a release date.
