J.K. Rowling and Warner Bros. Pictures have done it again! Harry Potter fans around the world are rejoicing that they can finally travel back into the wizarding world. The official trailer for the Harry Potter prequel Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was released on December 15th, 2015, and within just over 24 hours the YouTube video had almost 6 million views. That’s a phenomenal number of viewers that wanted to get a sneak peek at the mysterious world.

Expanded Wizarding World
This prequel movie offers viewers another opportunity to enjoy and delve into the enchanting world of J.K. Rowling. One of the best parts to the Harry Potter books and films were catching the little golden snitches of information of how the real world and the wizarding world co-exists.
More Action!
This film will likely be geared more towards adults based off its thrilling trailer. More action will be spellbinding because it was those action packed moments in the Harry Potter books and films that caused audiences to hold their breath with anticipation; it’s magic action – what could be more bloody brilliant than that?!
Beasts, Creatures, & Beings! Oh, my!
In the Harry Potter books and films, I believe, the door to J.K. Rowling’s imagination was opened ‘just a smidge’. So, I’m glad she published one of Harry’s text books, and is now teaming up with Warner Bros. Pictures to create a film where we, from what I expect, are given a full view on the departments of the Ministry of Magic, the Beasts, and Beings themselves.
New Characters
The story of Harry Potter captivated young and old alike, but I have always been curious about other characters; their history, and their purpose. The book is based on the information Newt Scamander collected while traveling the world. Mr. Scamander was on a mission to find all the mystical creatures, document them and their whereabouts for the Ministry of Magic. I am overwhelmed at the prospect of learning about his ‘Fantastic’ discoveries and adventures.
Never Ending Magic
For those of us who never want to grow up, I believe this movie will take us back to our childhood belief in magic. Being able pull back the imaginative layers of the wizarding world and see it be brought to the screen in a tantalizing adventure is going to be phenomenal for those of us who never want the magic to disappear.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is set to premiere on November 18th, 2016. Join the Harry Potter fans as we wait, almost a year, watching the epic trailer on repeat, until we can once again enter the magnificent wizarding world of J.K. Rowling!
