Kurt Russell‘s Ego The Living Planet has yet to make an appearance in official images or footage from Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2.
An ugly looking toy featuring the likeness of the character was making the rounds but we finally have something a little more pleasing to the eyes.
ComicBookMovie has spotted a piece of promo artwork featuring our best look at Ego so far.
CBM seems to be under the impression this is an actual photo of Russell, but in reality, it’s just artwork from the action figure packaging. The image’s origin is unknown as details aren’t being provided but it’s likely coming from a toy event.
His costume was on display during San Diego Comic-Con 2016.
We’ll likely be getting a real look at Kurt Russell in the film in the new Guardians 2 trailer that will be dropping on Tuesday on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
