Disney Animation Studios has dropped their first trailer for Raya and the Last Dragon. A tale set in the far east that follows a young warrior names Raya as she sets out to assemble a band of heroes to save the world.
Raya and the Last Dragon is set to release on March 5th in theaters and Disney+ Premier Access. Directed by Don Hall, Carlos Lopez Estrada, Paul Briggs and John Ripa and boasts a stellar cast lead by Kelly Marie Tran, Awakwafina, Gemma Chan, Daniel Dae Kim, Sandra Oh, Benedict Wong and Izaac Wang.
Taking place in the mythical land of Kumandra where dragons once gave up everything to save humanity from an unsurmountable evil, when that evil returns Raya and her band of misfits must track down the last dragon to once again save their home.
Raya and the Last Dragon will hit Premium Access on Disney+ form $29.99.
