The FlexiSpot DO04 Monitor Riser Stand with Drawers is designed to enhance your workspace by elevating your monitor to an ergonomic height while providing additional storage options. Since I use an Alienware AW3423DWF, with a stand depth of 12.04 inches, I am unable to use the stand for my monitor. However, I store a lot of stuff in my office. And I like to have as much as possible on my desk, without creating clutter. What I’ve found with the DO04, as something other than a monitor stand, is it still has value! And at just $69.99 at the time of writing, it’s a no-brainer add-on to my desk.
Design and Build Quality
The FlexiSpot DO04 boasts a sleek and modern design, available in black, white and maple. Its construction features durable materials, ensuring it can support monitors up to 110 lbs. The top surface measures 47.3” x 8.6” with a height of 4.2”, making it suitable for most desks. It’s a perfect fit for my FlexiSpot E7L. Assembly is straightforward, taking about ten minutes with just a Phillips-head drill.
The drawers measure 12.4″ x 8.3″ x 3.4″. There are two that slide into their dedicated sections perfectly. Although there are no tracks, they pull and push smoothly.
Ergonomics and Functionality
One of the standout features of the DO04 is its ability to raise your monitor to a comfortable viewing height, helping reduce neck and eye strain. However, it’s worth noting that the height is not adjustable, which might be a drawback for users with specific ergonomic needs. I have spent a lot of time fiddling with my monitor to find a good height for both standing and siting positions. While the DO04 doesn’t solve that challenge, it has led me to finally purchase an adjustable arm, which I will have in the coming days.
The built-in drawer adds a significant advantage to anyone challenged with keeping things organized. The extra storage space for office supplies, handheld gaming devices, pocket knife collections, and more, will help to keep your desk clutter-free. The drawer is divided into compartments, making it easy to organize items like pens, scissors, and notepads if you’re a normal person, unlike me.

The FlexiSpot DO04 is a well-designed, functional addition to any workspace. At $69.99, the FlexiSpot DO04 offers good value, especially because it’s easy to assemble and includes anti-skid pads for the bottom pieces. That was an unexpected pleasure that speaks to the experience of the manufacturer.
