Was there ever any doubt that the Guardians of the Galaxy would not turn up with the rest of Marvel’s Cinematic Universe in Avengers: Infinity War? If so, your mind can be put at rest as Fast and Furious star and the voice of Groot, Vin Diesel let slip during his Facebook live video celebrating 100 million followers that the Guardians would be part of the third Avengers movie.
“Now, the Guardians will be included in ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and that’s incredibly exciting, you were told before everybody.”
It had always been speculated that the ragtag bunch of heroes would play a role in the film, considering their standalone movie revolved around one of the ‘infinity stones’ Thanos was after.
I’m just hoping there’s a scene when the Avengers meet the Guardians for the first time and Tony talks to Rocket Racoon. I can’t wait to see his face.
