Alumnimum laptop chassis are uncomfortable. They are cold to the touch, sharp, and prone to scratches. 

The new Dell XPS 15 and 17 laptops do everything they should:

  • faster
  • thinner
  • lighter

But they’re still aluminum and uncomfortable to hold.
