During the INFINITY TRAIN panel earlier today at COMIC CON @HOME, we got our first trailer for the next installment of the show with a release date of August 13th.
The show, which originally debuted on Cartoon Network will be making the move over to WarnerMedia’s new HBO Max. It is one of a few shows from the network which moved to service. It was critically acclaimed by fans and critics alike when it first aired in August of 2019 with its themes, characters, animation and storylines being heavily praised.
In Book 3, Grace and Simon are the leaders of the Apex, an anarchic group of kids on a mysterious train. During one of their destructive missions, Grace and Simon get separated from the rest of the Apex and must find their way back. As the duo navigate through the myriad worlds of the train, they meet Hazel, an optimistic young girl, and Tuba, her gentle gorilla companion. Will Grace and Simon find new inspiration in Hazel’s innocence, or will the ways of the Apex recruit yet another aboard the train?
Book 3 will release on HBO MAX on August 13th, with both Book 1 and Book 2 being available on the service right now.
