The Justice League movie currently boasts six superheroes in its lineup. They are Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg—in fact you could say seven if you include Mera. And there could be another hero joining the leaguer’s according to a new rumour.
The Wrap’s Umberto Gonzalez wrote an article about what he knows about the upcoming Justice League movie and in his report he claims a Green Lantern Corps member would make an appearance.
Now Umberto doesn’t go into details on which member of the Corps would turn up all he said was, “A member of the Green Lantern Corps. will be seen in ‘Justice League’ in a key sequence.”
Whilst nothing is confirmed (yet) it’s exciting to think that we may see the inclusion of a member of the Green Lantern Corps in the Justice League.
It would also come as a welcome surprise seeing as the Green Lantern movie is still a bit off. It was one of the later scheduled films in the DCEU slate, set for a 2020 release.
