‘Kong: Skull Island’s Terry Notary Playing A Villain In ‘Avengers: Infinity War’

Mar 10, 2017

Dawn of The Planet of The Apes and King Kong motion-capture actor Terry Notary has revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that he’ll be playing a henchman to Josh Brolin’s Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War.

“I’m working on four characters right now. I’m working with Josh Brolin and three other actors [in Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War], and I’m playing Josh Brolin’s right-hand bad guy in the film. I can’t say the name of the character or I think Marvel will sever my head, but I apply those same principals of what it means to drop bullshit and just play a character truly evil. And it’s working. [Laughs] It’s truly working.”

It sounds like he could be playing a member of The Black Order, Thanos’ own group of alien supervillains. Brolin is doing mostly motion-capture pairing him with other seasoned mo-cap actors isn’t entirely surprising.

We have to assume his role could be either Black Dwarf or Corvus Glaive.
