‘Kung Fury’ Director Shooting ‘Zombie Brother’ March-June In London

Dec 11, 2017

In March, Variety reported that Channing Tatum and producing partner Reid Carolin would be helping to develop a feature film adaptation of digital comic Zombie Brother. They hired Kung Fury director David Sanberg and screenwriter Matt Lieberman (Scoob, The Jetsons) to develop the feature.

Well, Omega Underground has learned production will take place in London, England starting in March and wrap sometime in June.

A group of tech-obsessed homebodies becomes the world’s unlikely saviors during a zombie apocalypse.

Swedish director David Sandberg became notorious for his bonkers low-budget action comedy Kung Fury. It’ll be interesting to see what he can do with a legit feature film budget.

Tatum is set to begin shooting his own comic book film with Gambit set to start shooting in March as well but in New Orleans.
