Director and co-writer James Mangold has been posting images on Logan‘s official Instagram account and has posted the first glimpse into the brutal violence expected to be in the film.
The image is of a severed bloody arm holding a shotgun.
Surely this confirms the film’s rating will indeed be R and not PG-13.
Violence was through-out the Old Man Logan comics. This is seemingly more hints that the film will be taking direct elements from that source material.
A trailer is expected sometime soon, while Mangold is likely to keep posting pictures throughout the lead-up to Logan‘s release on March 3rd, 2017.
