We just learned that Quentin Tarantino‘s next film could focus on the Manson Family Murders with Brad Pitt and Jennifer Lawrence in the mix.
Deadline adds that Margot Robbie is being eyed to play slain actress Sharon Tate, Jennifer is reportedly being looked at for another part so the two could possibly both appear in the film. Robbie has reportedly met with Tarantino for the role.
They also add that Samuel L. Jackson might land a lead role as well.
I actually suggested Robbie for Quentin’s next film in early 2016, when it looked like he was making a 1930’s bank robbery film set in Australia. So this would be fine with me if it came together.
Although, production is set to begin next summer and it’s unknown if Margot’s commitments to the DCEU films like Suicide Squad 2 or Gotham City Sirens will lead to scheduling conflicts.
