Moon Knight is set to begin production this spring for Disney+, and Ethan Hawke has officially committed to being the baddie! The award-winning actor will play opposite Oscar Isaacs as your favorite dissociative hero.
Created by writer Doug Moench and artist Don Perlin, Moon Knight debuted in 1975 as what many consider to be Marvel’s version of Batman. He is a multi-millionaire that uses his wealth to support his vigilante habit. The major difference – Marc Spector is multiple people in one. He has personalities based off Spiderman and Wolverine, among others.
Mohamed Diab, Justin Benson, and Aaron Moorhead come together to direct the story of this cult character. Almost nothing is known about how Marvel will tackle this project, but with talent like Oscar Isaacs, May Calamawy, and now Ethan Hawke, the series is sure to be interesting.
