Today, it was announced that Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger has been canceled after two seasons on Freeform. This comes as no surprise given all the current Marvel TV shows in production have been axed. The only project left standing is The Runaways on Hulu and is expected to also be canned after the third season debuts later this year. Marvel TV is currently shooting Helstorm for Hulu but it’s very possible the show only lasts one season or marketed simply as a limited series for the streaming network. For all, you Cloak & Dagger fans are sure to tune into The Runaways season 3 as there will be a crossover episode between the two supergroups.
