Nintendo has posted a video today in regards to the development status on Metroid Prime 4, a game that many are excited to get their hands on with their Switch. Unfortunately, it seems that whoever was developing it weren’t able to deliver a product to Nintendo’s standards so instead they are going to start from scratch and move the development to Retro Studios. Retro is known as the studio behind the recent Donkey Kong games and the Metroid Prime series. It’s disappointing to hear this but as we all know, these things happen and at the very least. I’m glad that it isn’t full on canceled.
