Michelle Gomez is have a stellar couple of years as a break out cast member in both The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Flight Attendant. Now according to Variety the star is set to join another genre project and play another character surrounded in mystery as she has been added to the cast of Doom Patrol for season 3.
Gomez will play Madame Rogue in the upcoming Doom Patrol season and will arrive to the Doom Manor with a mission that has unfortunatley slipped her mind. In the comics Madame Rouge is a French stage actress turned supervillain who uses her rubber like body to become a master of disguise and manipualtion.
Its unknown at this time weather or not Rogue will play a villaious role in Doom Patrol but considering Gomez’s casting and her propensity for playing the bad guy its probably safe to say that Madame Rogue will use her special skills for no good.
Doom Patrol is produced by Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television with Jeremy Carver, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Chris Dingess and Tamara Becher-Wilkinson serving as executive producers. There is no release date for season 3 but its probably safe to assume it will premier later this year.
