Green Room focuses on a punk band witnesses a murder and they’re relegated to their green room at gun-point, as the leader of a group of neo-Nazi skinheads plans on dealing with the band members violently. Their only chance of survival is to fight their way out against a horde of skinheads and they do just that.
The thriller has been getting a huge amount of buzz for a while now and could be quite the cult hit.
Patrick Stewart plays the dastardly villain of the film and some say it’s a career highlight, I’m curious if that could translate into awards consideration later on this year. If anything it has us more interested in his participation in Wolverine 3 next year.
The rest of the cast includes Star Trek‘s Anton Yelchin, Filth‘s Imogen Poots and Arrested Development‘s Alia Shawkat.
Green Room‘s release date is coming up soon on April 15th, 2016.
