How a struggling stand-up comic wishes he could have his own talk show. We at Omega Underground have learned production begins this September in New York. Joaquin Phoenix has been cast as the Joker himself. With Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2) recently announced as his love interest as they live in the Lower East Side of New York.
