Today, it was announced that another Rocky Balboa spin-off screenplay is in the works. Now while the studio has yet to pick up the script it is still been submitted. Just like the movie Creed which will be about Apollo Creed’s son played by Michael B Jordan this will be based on a young Ivan Drago. The script tilled Drago will be penned by Andrew LeMay.
A short logline for the screenplay also came with the press release…
To save his mafia boss brother, Ivan Drago must fight his way through prison and defeat the heavyweight champion of the world, Mason “The Line” Dixon.
Again, while the screenplay was submitted it has yet to be picked up by the studio…
