RUMOR: ‘Avengers’ Heading Back To New York To Film Spider-Man Scenes?

Jul 27, 2017

We’ve already have production information that points towards Avengers production heading back to New York City. Another bit of info seems to support this.

A new casting call looking to fill extra roles for high school students seems to be a big clue. They’re also looking for cab drivers and young professionals, it’s hard to ignore this sounds like Spider-Man scenes are being shot. Usually, we see these labelled as Mary Lou or Avengers: Infinity War, but like I said this could be a bit revealing to who might be included in the shoot.

There is a shot in the description for the Infinity War footage that has Peter Parker watching something exciting happening outside his school bus window, so his classmates will likely be in the film as we’ve had confirmations that actors playing his classmates will be returning in the film.

The call is for a “Major Comic Book Feature Film” shooting in NYC at the end of July, here it is below.

*MAJOR COMIC BOOK FEATURE FILM*

BACKGROUND/EXTRAS

-18-20

-Males and Females to play high school students.

Shoots mid- to end of July in NYC.

This would sort of line-up with one of the Russo Brothers explaining that Infinity War has another two weeks of shooting. Could this be the extra scenes?
