During a recent episode of Collider Heroes, Umberto from Heroic Hollywood dropped a tidbit of information concerning our first glimpse of Netflix’s Iron Fist.
He claims that Danny Rand will have an appearance in an episode of the upcoming Luke Cage series, revealing he’s already shot for it. I won’t include his quotes because they would be considered spoilers, as he’s quite specific when we’ll see him.
This wouldn’t shock many of us after Luke Cage actor Mike Colter teased Marvel had already cast Danny Rand, even before it was confirmed by trades that Game of Thrones actor Finn Jones was cast in the part.
“The actor has been cast, but he’s in a basement somewhere. When the time is right, they’ll let him up and tell him where he is. I am [excited]. I’ll get a nice little break, after doing Jessica Jones and Luke Cage. Whether I’m in [his show], I don’t know, but there’s The Defenders.”
I guess we’ll have to wait and see if this comes together, or if Marvel will use the addition to help promote the series.
