Justice League begins production in about eleven days and there’s some new possible tidbits about the film hitting online.
Heroic Hollywood’s Umberto on their new show Heroic Insider had Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld to discuss that film’s success, along with his thoughts on the DC cinematic universe and it’s bright future.
Umberto also dropped a scoop concerning character conflicts in Justice League.
He revealed that Wonder Woman‘s Amazons and Aquaman‘s Atlantians might have some historical and lengthy feud between the two demi-god societies.
In the past, there had been chatter that the two heroes were somewhat related, possibly cousins and this could pan-out if Snyder does play-up their Greek god ancestry.
I just hope Justice League doesn’t devolve into Aquaman v Wonder Woman.
We do expect there to be plenty of Atlantians in the film already.
Amber Heard is confirmed to play Mera.
There had been rumors of Karl Urban being eyed to play Arthur’s villainous brother Orm Marius aka Ocean Master, it’s unknown if the character will be apart of Justice League.
I wouldn’t be terribly shocked if they attempt to also setup Black Manta and King Shark (rumored to have a cameo in Suicide Squad) as well.
Justice League is expected to be released in November 2017.
