Several weeks word got out that rising star Scott Eastwood would be re-teaming with director David Ayer on DC Comics upcoming supervillian team-up film Suicide Squad. Latino-Review pointed out that he may be playing Steve Trevor the original love interest of Wonder Woman in the comics. That he would first be introduced in a minor role in Suicide Squad before appearing in a Wonder Woman stand alone film. Well yesterday Variety reported that director Michelle McLaren had left the project due to creative differences. In the same report it was revealed four actors are currently screen testing for the role of Steve Trevor for the solo flick. This would mean that Scott Eastwood while still in Suicide Squad is up for another role.
