Variety reporter Justin Kroll just added another Birds of Prey tidbit in a tweet that actors Sharlto Copley and Ewan McGregor are seemingly in the mix to play villain Black Mask.
Kroll adding that recent Oscar-winner Sam Rockwell has passed on the role.

It doesn’t sound like there are offers out but that could come soon, if not more names.
Margot Robbie, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and Jurnee Smollett-Bell are attached to star.
Filming will begin in mid-January in Los Angeles.
Birds of Prey is set for release on February 7th, 2020.
