Steven Spielberg Might Direct Chris Pratt In ‘INDIANA JONES’ Reboot

Feb 21, 2015

A new rumor concerning the next Indiana Jones installment is coming from Deadline. This next one might make fans a little happier, as they report that Steven Spielberg might be interested in returning. Even more interesting if the script was right (one currently doesn’t exist) he’d direct Chris Pratt in the reboot. They’re also claiming that Pratt was Spielberg’s choice for the new Indy.

Something to consider but it’s still early and Disney’s Bob Iger has already stated they aren’t rushing Lucasfilm to move things forward with a new film.

After Harrison Ford’s accident on the set of The Force Awakens Lucasfilm and Disney might have started getting cold feet about a fifth installment and that’s when the rumors starting leaking that a reboot was being developed with Pratt, Bradley Cooper and Chris Hemsworth in mind to star.

Chris is a busy guy these days and we know that Spielberg has other projects he wants to make including Robopocalypse with Chris Hemsworth and Anne Hathaway. We’ll see how this turns out but at the moment it’s all “what-if” territory.
