The CW has released an official poster to the upcoming second season of Supergirl. Supergirl will make its debut on The CW this fall and will join fellow CW DC shows: The Flash, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow.
I have to say she looks fantastic as usual. I’m glad they didn’t change up the costume either. I know Arrow had received multiple costume changes throughout its run, and I just love SG’s look as is.
I really can’t wait for this series, especially now that the show has switched networks. This season we can expect a four show crossover between the other CW DC shows, along with an appearance from Superman himself, played by Tyler Hoechlin. There are also rumors that Miss Martian may make an appearance as well. Did I mention we can expect a Supergirl/The Flash Musical Crossover?!
The first season ended with a rocket similar to Kara’s crashing down to Earth, it was later revealed that the person inside was Kryptonian, Mon-El played by Chris Wood. So it looks like the Kryptonians will be well-represented this series.
I can’t wait to see The Flash and Supergirl together again. This time, hopefully with better villains though. 🙂

The Flash season 3 premieres Tuesday, October 4th at 8pm on The CW, Arrow season 5 premieres in the same timeslot on Wednesday, October 5th, Legends of Tomorrow season 2 on Thursday October 13th and Supergirl season 2 on Monday October 10th. All on the CW!
